# Calendly API

> Scheduling and appointment booking

The **Calendly API** integration lets your agents create and manage scheduling links and appointments through Calendly.

## Prerequisites

* A **Calendly account** - [Sign up](https://calendly.com)
* A **Vatel AI organization** and at least **one agent**

## Configuration

1. In **Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations**, click **Add Integration**.
2. Select **Calendly API** and enter your API token.
3. Click **Save**.

Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent's conversation flow or logic flows to book appointments and manage availability.
