# ConnectWise

> PSA and service desk for MSPs

The **ConnectWise** integration lets your agents access tickets, contacts, and service management data in ConnectWise PSA and service desk.

## Prerequisites

* A **ConnectWise account** - [ConnectWise](https://www.connectwise.com)
* A **Vatel AI organization** and at least **one agent**

## Configuration

1. In **Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations**, click **Add Integration**.
2. Select **ConnectWise** and enter your API credentials.
3. Click **Save**.

Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent's conversation flow or logic flows to manage tickets and service requests.
