# Fortellis CRM

> Automotive industry CRM and data

The **Fortellis CRM** integration lets your agents access CRM data and workflows in the Fortellis automotive ecosystem.

## Prerequisites

* A **Fortellis account** - [Fortellis](https://fortellis.io)
* A **Vatel AI organization** and at least **one agent**

## Configuration

1. In **Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations**, click **Add Integration**.
2. Select **Fortellis CRM** and enter your API credentials.
3. Click **Save**.

Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent's conversation flow or logic flows.
