# GitHub v3 API

> Repository and development workflow integration

The **GitHub v3 API** integration lets your agents interact with GitHub repositories, issues, pull requests, and workflows.

## Prerequisites

* A **GitHub account** - [Sign up](https://github.com)
* A **Vatel AI organization** and at least **one agent**

## Configuration

1. In **Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations**, click **Add Integration**.
2. Select **GitHub v3 API** and enter your personal access token or complete OAuth.
3. Click **Save**.

Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent's conversation flow or logic flows to manage repositories and development workflows.
