The Cal.com API integration lets your agents create and manage calendar bookings and scheduling through Cal.com.

Prerequisites

  • A Cal.com account — Get started
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Cal.com API and enter your API key.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to book appointments and manage availability.
