The PayPal API integration lets your agents process payments and manage transactions through PayPal.

Prerequisites

  • A PayPal Business account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select PayPal API and enter your API credentials (Client ID and Secret).
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to process payments.
