The Plaid API integration lets your agents access banking and financial data through Plaid’s secure connectivity platform.

Prerequisites

  • A Plaid account — Get started
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Plaid API and enter your API credentials (Client ID and Secret).
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows for financial data access.
