The QuickBooks Online API integration lets your agents access accounting and financial data from QuickBooks.

Prerequisites

  • A QuickBooks Online account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online API and complete the OAuth connection.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to access invoices, customers, and other QuickBooks data.
