The Booking.com Demand API integration lets your agents access availability and manage reservations through Booking.com.

Prerequisites

  • A Booking.com partner account — Partner Hub
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Booking.com Demand API and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows for hotel and accommodation bookings.
