The OpenPhone Public API integration lets your agents place and manage calls through OpenPhone for business communications.

Prerequisites

  • An OpenPhone account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select OpenPhone Public API and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows.
