The ConnectWise integration lets your agents access tickets, contacts, and service management data in ConnectWise PSA and service desk.

Prerequisites

  • A ConnectWise accountConnectWise
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select ConnectWise and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to manage tickets and service requests.
