The Freshdesk integration lets your agents create and manage tickets, contacts, and conversations in Freshdesk for customer support.

Prerequisites

  • A Freshdesk accountSign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Freshdesk and enter your API key and domain.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to create and update support tickets.
