The Intercom API integration lets your agents create and manage conversations, contacts, and tickets in Intercom for customer support.

Prerequisites

  • An Intercom accountSign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Intercom API and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to manage customer conversations and support tickets.
