The Google Bookings API integration lets your agents manage appointments and bookings through Google Business Profile.

Prerequisites

  • A Google Business Profile with bookings enabled — Get started
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Google Bookings API and complete the Google OAuth connection.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to book and manage appointments.
