The Activix CRM integration lets your agents access and manage contacts, properties, and activities in Activix CRM.

Prerequisites

  • An Activix CRM account — Activix
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Activix CRM and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows.
