The HubSpot CRM API integration lets your agents access and manage contacts, deals, companies, and activities in HubSpot CRM.

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select HubSpot CRM API and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to create and update CRM records.
