The Pipedrive v1 API integration lets your agents access and manage deals, contacts, and activities in your Pipedrive CRM.

Prerequisites

  • A Pipedrive account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Pipedrive v1 API and enter your API token.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to create deals, update contacts, and manage your sales pipeline.
