The Fortellis CRM integration lets your agents access CRM data and workflows in the Fortellis automotive ecosystem.

Prerequisites

  • A Fortellis account — Fortellis
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Fortellis CRM and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows.
