The Applied Epic API integration lets your agents access and manage data in Applied Epic for insurance agency operations.

Prerequisites

  • An Applied Epic account — Applied Systems
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Applied Epic API and enter your API credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows.
