The Mailchimp API integration lets your agents manage email campaigns, audiences, and contacts in Mailchimp.

Prerequisites

  • A Mailchimp account — Sign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Mailchimp API and enter your API key.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to add contacts to audiences and manage campaigns.
