The Resend integration lets your agents send emails at the end of a call or on specific events.

Prerequisites

  • A Resend accountSign up
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Resend and paste your API key.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add a Resend node in your agent’s conversation flow or end-of-call logic. Configure the sender, recipients, subject, and body (supports system variables).
