The Slack API integration lets your agents send messages, create channels, and interact with Slack workspaces.

Prerequisites

  • A Slack workspace — Create one
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select Slack API and complete the OAuth connection.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to send Slack messages and notifications.
