The WhatsApp Cloud API integration lets your agents send and receive WhatsApp messages for customer communication.

Prerequisites

  • A Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business API access — Get started
  • A Vatel AI organization and at least one agent

Configuration

  1. In Vatel AI → Settings → Direct Integrations, click Add Integration.
  2. Select WhatsApp Cloud API and complete the connection with your Meta app credentials.
  3. Click Save.
Once connected, you can add the integration as a function node in your agent’s conversation flow or logic flows to send WhatsApp messages.
